Hello, world. 

Nice to meet you. I'm the Money Therapist. I am starting this blog to help us all explore financial issues, not from a numbers point of view, but from a human point of view. Financial health is a dimension of health, similar to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Each of these dimensions of health can affect the others and not being well in one of them can affect our overall well-being. There are a lot of folks out there who focus on the latter types of health but I don't hear too much about financial health. So here I am!

I like honesty, so I'm going to start with some disclosures. I do not carry credentials related to finance or therapy. I am not an accountant, lawyer, financial advisor or therapist. I am just a 'financial enthusiast' who finds these topics fascinating and I could talk about them for hours on end. So you probably should take everything I say with a grain of salt.
